Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

If you have any allergies, dietary requirements, pregnancy, medical conditions, or had surgery within the last six months then it is your responsibility to notify the booking advisor at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that you notify the salon on arrival also.

Any client displaying inappropriate behaviour or causing discomfort to staff may have their treatment immediately terminated and may be refused future bookings.

We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue any treatment or appointment at any time at the discretion of management or therapists. This may include situations where behaviour is considered inappropriate, where staff feel uncomfortable, or where providing the service is not deemed appropriate for any reason.

Clients are encouraged to communicate with their therapist during the treatment regarding comfort, pressure, or technique so adjustments can be made. Concerns must be raised at the time of the appointment. Once a treatment has been completed, the service is considered to have been accepted and refunds will not ordinarily be offered
